Are these physical products?
No. All products are digital. Nothing is shipped to you.
How are the files delivered?
After checkout, you'll receive a download link or a follow-up email with access to your files. For the Branded Pack, you'll receive a form to submit your branding information.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes. All templates are fully editable in Canva. No design software is required.
Do I need design experience?
No. The templates are built to be simple to customize. If you can type and change a color, you can use these.
What information is required for a Branded Pack?
Your logo file, brand colors (hex codes or examples), business name, contact information, and a list of your services.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
The Template Pack and Agency License are available immediately after checkout. The Branded Pack is delivered within 2 business days of receiving your branding information.
What does the Agency License permit?
One purchaser may customize and use the templates for up to 5 detailing clients. The templates may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as standalone files.
Can the templates be resold?
No. All licenses are for use only — not for resale, redistribution, or inclusion in other products.
What is the refund policy for digital and customized products?
Because these are digital products, all sales are final. For the Branded Pack, customization begins after you submit your branding information, at which point the order cannot be refunded.
