All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind after purchase.

If you experience a duplicate charge, cannot access the files you purchased, receive a corrupted file, or believe the product materially differs from its description, contact us at tesserakaleb@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase so we can investigate and make the order right.

For Branded Pack orders, customization begins after we receive the required branding information. Cancellations are not accepted after customization has begun.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
